The film explores Clark Kent / Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his adoptive human family in Smallville, Kansas.
I was expecting a new trailer for this movie to appear sooner than later. Indeed, this trailer does look to be packed with plenty of new footage shown from the upcoming superhero feature. Plus, a few new details about the narrative plot as well. Given what was shown, I still harbor some lingering doubts about the movie being a bit too overstuffed with characters and how it might be a jumble mess with all the heroes and villains. Still, for better or worse, I am still quite excited to see how this iteration of Superman will turn out to be and how it will launch the new DC cinematic universe.

Yeah, especially since the person who portrayed him was pretty good. Well, let’s hope for the best!

I’ll be watching this for sure, but we’ll see if I like it or not. Like you noted, it looks packed with heroes and villains and that can always make things messy.
Yeah, that’s definitely one of my biggest concerns. Yet, Gunn is behind it and look at what he did with the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. So, I guess its the saying….hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.
I do like the more serious tone that Snyder brought to the Superman table. I just hope Gunn doesn’t go full on “quipfest”. I don’t want a comedy Superman.
