Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan, Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team-up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.”.
Hmmmmm……I’m still not sure about this movie. Much like what I said in the previous teaser trailer, this new footage from the upcoming film sure promises a lot of the classic Marvel superhero variety, especially in its characters and humor shown. Plus, I do like the more sci-fi aspect of going to see other worlds out there in the cosmos. That being said, there is still something off about this project. This new preview looks better than the last one, but I’m still not quite sold on it. Will definitely check it out (still have to see Ms. Marvel series before I see the film). Although, my expectation for The Marvels is still relatively low. Hopefully, it will surprise me……

After the debacle of the previous film, I’d sooner gouge my eyes out than give this movie any of my time, attention or money 😀

Hahaha….you bet! I take the fatal blow for you….lol. I hope it’s good, but I have a fear that it might be a generic superhero endeavor.
Trailer makes it look pretty good, but my judgement hasn’t been poisoned by the first one since I haven’t seen it yet.
I agree with you. I wasn’t super keen on the first Captain Marvel flick, but, while this one looks more promising, I’m still holding out on several reservations for this superhero sequel.
