Mortal Engines Theatrical Trailer #2

The Age of the Great Predator Cities has Come” as Universal Pictures releases the second theatrical trailer for their upcoming film Mortal Engines. View trailer below.
Thousands of years after civilization was destroyed by a cataclysmic event, humankind has adapted and a new way of living has evolved. Gigantic moving cities now roam the Earth, ruthlessly preying upon smaller traction towns. Tom Natsworthy (Robert Sheehan)—who hails from a Lower Tier of the great traction city of London—finds himself fighting for his own survival after he encounters the dangerous fugitive Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar). Two opposites, whose paths should never have crossed, forge an unlikely alliance that is destined to change the course of the future.
Very interesting. I wasn’t really expecting another trailer for this movie, especially since the last one was revealed a few months back, but I’m always glad to see something “cool” and this new trailer certainly did that. The new footage shown was pretty cool (kind of like a steampunk dystopian vibe) as well as revealing a bit more of the film’s plot of which revolves around Shaw, Shaw’s mother, and Valentine. Much like what I said before, I am really curious to see this movie, but I do have some lingering doubts that this movie could be a box office bomb. Hopefully….it isn’t and becomes a successful film during the 2018 holiday season. Only time will tell….
Mortal Engines heads to theaters on December 14th, 2018
Saw the movie on Saturday night…..will you be reviewing it??
Yeah, I’m seeing it Thursday night. Looks interesting, but the movie could go either way. We’ll have to see….
