Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers and her true destiny.
Well, that was pretty cool! Definitely peaked my interest even more to see this movie. As some know, I’m more of the MCU more so than the DCEU. However, I do like Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman when she was on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Thus, its forgone conclusion that I would be interested to see her solo / origin film in the franchise. From how it looks, its going to be a period piece (WWI I assume) that’s gonna be mixed with fantasy and superhero elements. I do hope that this movie can win me over to the DCEU.
Wonder Woman is set to be released on next summer on June 2nd, 2017
To be honest I’m not really interested in this movie, the DCEU has failed to intrigue me and I’m really not excited about many of their movies.
