Hacksaw Ridge Trailer

Andrew Garfield goes to war in the trailer for Mel Gibson’s WWII bio-pic film Hacksaw Ridge. View trailer below.
The film is based on the true story about US Army medic Desmond T. Doss, a Seventh-day Adventist conscientious objector who refused to bear arms, yet was awarded the Medal of Honor by President Harry S. Truman for single-handedly saving the lives of over 75 of his comrades while under constant enemy fire during the Battle of Okinawa in World War II.
I know that this trailer has been out for a couple of months, but I keep seeing it every time I go to the movie theaters (it was one the trailers that it slipped through the cracks of me posting it). Thus, I think now I should post this trailer on my blog. The story seems interesting and compelling and the cast look solid (a slight chance for Andrew Garfield to get some form of nomination at this upcoming award season). I do wonder how this movie is going to do as it’s going up against Marvel’s Doctor Strange on the same opening weekend.
Hacksaw Ridge is set to arrive in theaters on November 4th, 2016
Oh I hadn’t actually seen this trailer but I do love some Andrew Garfield! I am unfortunately not much for military movies, but might consider watching it.
