The prequel movie is set to take fans back to the original alien invasion, before the world descended into the post-apocalyptic state of 2018’s A Quiet Place and its 2020 sequel.
Oh my…. I was wondering when a movie trailer for this project would appear. Like many, I did enjoy both A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place: Part II as it proved and engaging story on one family’s journey through a post-apocalyptic world of deadly aliens and being silent. While hinted at in Part II, Day One seems to showcase the main narrative being the first day of when the aliens arriving on Earth and the destructive nature, they generate to create a fall of human society. It will be intriguing to see how much they will show in the movie and where the film will end, but the footage shown in this preview looks quite promising. All in all, I’m very much interested (and excited) to see what Day One has to offer for this franchise.

Ready to see this one! I enjoyed the first but haven’t been able to see the second one yet. Will have to watch it sooner than later now.
You should check out A Quiet Place Part II. It’s actually a really good follow-up to the first one and does show a bit of a “day one” scenario in the film’s opening scene. Can’t wait for this new one.
A great trailer. I recently had a chance to see this movie and wasn’t disappointed. I thought that it was a spectacular prequel building on themes of survival explored in the first movie. While it isn’t quite as impactful as the first two movies, I still loved it. My main issue is that the film lacked the strong character development of the first film. I missed the absence of John Krasinski and Emily Blunt who both had brought something special to this franchise. Nevertheless, overall I really enjoyed it.
A great trailer. I had a chance to see I movie teacher recently and loved it. It’s a powerful prequel that managed to improve on the first film considerably.
That’s great to hear! I didn’t get a chance to see the movie in theaters, but I am going to get it when it comes to VOD. Looking forward to seeing it.
