A Haunting of Venice Official Trailer

Death comes for everyone as 20th Century Fox releases the official trailer for the upcoming murder mystery capper titled A Haunting of Venice. View trailer below.

Set in eerie, post-World War II Venice on All Hallows’ Eve, “A Haunting in Venice” is a terrifying mystery featuring the return of the celebrated sleuth, Hercule Poirot. Now retired and living in self-imposed exile in the world’s most glamorous city, Poirot reluctantly attends a séance at a decaying, haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective is thrust into a sinister world of shadows and secrets.

Oh my…..I wasn’t expecting a trailer for this movie, but I do welcome it. This new trailer showcases plenty of new footage from the new film and promises something quite different from the previous two Hercule Poirot films (Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile). Much like the previous preview, the trailer promises a lot more mystery that is mixed with some horror elements, which (again) is something quite unqiue to see. All in all, I’m quite interested to see how this movie plays out and how it will ultimately be viewed by both critics and moviegoers alike.

A Haunting of Venice  comes to theaters on September 15th, 2023

  • I was thinking this was an original script, but I guess it’s based on a Christie story of another name. Didn’t much care for the first two of these but will have fingers crossed for this one since I do like Poirot.

    • I actually liked the first two films. More than first one over the second one, but I felt that both were pretty good “murder mystery” cappers. This new one seems to have a bit more horror style elements thrown into the mix, which should “shake up” the status quo formula of the series.
