Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard Offical Teaser Trailer
Reynolds, Jackson, and Hayek are back for another crazy adventure as Lionsgate released the official teaser trailer for the upcoming sequel Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard. View trailer below.
The world’s most lethal odd couple – bodyguard Michael Bryce (Ryan Reynolds) and hitman Darius Kincaid (Samuel L. Jackson) – are back on another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Bryce is forced into action by Darius’s even more volatile wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek). As Bryce is driven over the edge by his two most dangerous protectees, the trio get in over their heads in a global plot and soon find that they are all that stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman (Antonio Banderas). Joining in the fun and deadly mayhem is Morgan Freeman as…well, you’ll have to see.
I’ll be the first to attempt that i wasn’t too impressed with 2017’s The Hitman’s Bodyguard. Yes, i did like Reynolds and Jackson in the movie, but the actually feature was bland and dull (at least in my opinion). Thus, i was a bit surprised when I heard that a sequel film was greenlit and now we have a new trailer for this upcoming project. From the trailer alone, it looks pretty much what I would expect from an endeavor like this, with plenty of comedy and action seqeunces throughout. It’s good that Reynolds, Jackson, and Hayek are back in their respective roles, but it’s still unclear if the film itself will be a worth a glance.
