In Twentieth Century Studios’ epic adventure-comedy “Free Guy,” a bank teller who discovers he is actually a background player in an open-world video game, decides to become the hero of his own story…one he rewrites himself. Now in a world where there are no limits, he is determined to be the guy who saves his world his way…before it is too late.
I honestly keep on forgetting about this movie. I remember seeing the film’s movie trailer at the end of last year…when I went to see Stars Wars: Episode IX in theaters and I kept on forgetting about it. Well, finally, a new trailer for this movie came out and definitely piqued my interest. It looks pretty funny with an interesting concept. Plus, I do feel like Reynolds will make this movie. Additionally, it will be also interesting to see if this movie keeps its movie release date, especially with the whole COVID-19 pandemic still going. Let’s hope for this best. All in all, I am looking forward to seeing this movie.
Free Guy opens in theaters on December 11th, 2020
