Bohemian Rhapsody Official Trailer

The story of the iconic musical group gets told as 20th Century Fox releases the official trailer for their upcoming bio-pic feature Bohemian Rhapsody. View trailer below.
Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury. Freddie defied stereotypes and shattered convention to become one of the most beloved entertainers on the planet. The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound. They reach unparalleled success, but in an unexpected turn Freddie, surrounded by darker influences, shuns Queen in pursuit of his solo career. Having suffered greatly without the collaboration of Queen, Freddie manages to reunite with his bandmates just in time for Live Aid. While bravely facing a recent AIDS diagnosis, Freddie leads the band in one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music. Queen cements a legacy that continues to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day.
While I am part of Generation X, I do remember first hearing about Queen from my parents (during my childhood). Of course, I know of all of their famous songs and probably “Bohemian Rhapsody” the most from watching Wayne’s World when I was younger. Like many of my generation, I don’t know much of the story (i.e Behind the music) of Queen, so I find this movie to be quite interesting. I’m looking forward to seeing it and how the moviegoers everywhere. Who knows….maybe this movie gets some “Oscar buzz”….let’s hope so.
Bohemian Rhapsody opens in theaters on November 2nd, 2018
I can’t wait for this, I hope it’s at TIFF!
Haha….same here!!!
Sounds good. Wasn’t even aware of it but definitely want to see it!
Yeah, I here you. I was of the same mind with you….I really never heard of this movie until I saw the trailer. Still, looks really good.
I was a huge fan of Queen growing up. They got me through my High School Years – way back in the 80’s. So I’m approaching this film with a lot of trepidation…..will it live up to my memories of this awesome group? I can but hope.
Nice. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the movie when it comes out.
I’m hesitant about seeing it though as I’m not sure I want to see it…does that make sense?
One of the few upcoming movies I’m looking forward to! (Louisa)
