Maze Runner: The Death Cure Official Trailer

Every maze has an end as 20th Century Fox released the first official trailer for the upcoming final installment in the popular YA series Maze Runner: The Death Cure. View trailer below.
In the epic finale to the Maze Runner saga, Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.
Wow….they finally released a trailer for this movie. The last movie (Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials) was released back in 2015, so its been quite awhile with many fans waiting patiently for this final installment film. The trailer, which is more like a teaser trailer rather than a regular trailer, shows off new scenes (as well as some footage from the previous one). The main problem that many have speculated about is the delay for this movie. Right now, the crazy for dystopian YA novels adapted movies (The Hungers Games and the Divergent Series) has fizzled out. So, with the Maze Runner: The Death Cure getting delayed after the popularity of the YA genre franchise, will the movie be a big hit. Plus, the film is set to be released in January, which is usually a dead month for movie releases. Hopefully, the Maze Runner franchise can go out with a bang and not a fizzle (like the Divergent Series did). I’m looking forward to seeing this movie.
Maze Runner: The Death Cure arrives in theaters on January 26th, 2018
Wasn’t the delay because of the near fatal injuries Dylan O’Brien suffered while filming a scene for this last year? I know the last season of Teen Wolf was pushed back due to this. Regardless, I’ll definitely be watching this!
Yes, that is true. But the movie was suppose to be released in February 2017, which is seems like a longtime since its 2015 release of The Scorch Trials. That was before O’Brien got injured and now its getting a 2018 release.
It is frustrating.😒
Yeah, especially when the other dystopian film adaptations (Hunger Games and Divergent) are done and complete. Well, maybe not Divergent, but that’s a whole other story….lol.
I always thought that the Mazerunner movies were the best YA movies released. I really mean it that I liked them better than Hunger Games and Divergent. I’m looking forward to this, and will certainly watch this one in the cinema 😊
Well, because of its novel source material , the movies never really got bogged down in sappy teen mellowdrama romance (like what The Hunger Games and the Divergent movies did). That was one aspect that worked in its favor.
