Inspired by the imagination of P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman is an original musical that celebrates the birth of show business & tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.
Hmmm….very interesting. Last year we had La La Land to entertain us with its musical numbers and flashy dance sequences. Now, it looks like The Greatest Showman is gonna try to do that as well. I really do like this trailer and I’m sure it will be a big hit amongst critics and moviegoers everywhere (hopefully). With his X-Men days behind him, Hugh Jackman now as a chance to prove his Broadway chops again and showcase his talents in a musical numbers. Plus, the rest of the cast is good as well (even Zac Efron and hopefully channeling his High School Musical days).All in all, this look like this movie is going to be a big showstopper for the end of the 2017 year and possible a contender for the upcoming award season. Regardless, I’m definitely going to be seeing this movie.
The Greatest Showman opens in theaters on December 25th, 2017 (Christmas Day)
