Ferdinand Official Trailer #2

Be true to yourself as 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios released the new trailer for their upcoming animated film Ferdinand. View trailer below.

FERDINAND tells the story of a giant bull with a big heart. After being mistaken for a dangerous beast, he is captured and torn from his home. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team on the ultimate adventure. Set in Spain, Ferdinand proves you can’t judge a bull by its cover.

As I said before, I do remember reading the children’s book “The Story of Ferdinand” by Munro Leaf many times in my youth and did enjoy the story. Thus, of course, means that I’m looking forward to seeing this movie. As for this trailer, I’m happy with it. It showcases new footage and presents more of the plot and of the various side characters. Personally, I think John Cena is perfect for the role. I’m still a little bit leery about when this movie is getting released (opening up the same week as Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi). Regardless of its release date, I’m definitely looking forward to seeing this movie.

Ferdinand  is set to be released in theaters on December 15th, 2017

  • This actually looks pretty fun but like you said, why the hell are they releasing the same week as Star Wars?

    • I know right. I’m not saying that this movie is gonna be the next Zootopia or Moana, but still….it should’ve opened on later week other than The Last Jedi.

      • It would make sense if this opened against a horror movie or something to give kids something to see that week but kids love Star Wars so I can’t see this making much money on that release. Animated movies generally surprise me at the box-office though so maybe it’ll find some success.
