Hmmm…very interesting. Though this teaser trailer is relatively short (under a minute in length) it seems to take a more serious (almost dark for kids movie) approach. I’m sure the movie is not going to be dark, but its an interesting notion for the trailer to be presented as it was. As for the franchise, I really liked the first Cars movie, but thought that the second one (Cars 2) was so-so. I’m not super excited to see Cars 3 (I rather see something new and original from Pixar rather than a sequel), but I’ll give this movie a try when it comes out.

Wow, I wasn’t even aware that there would be a third one, I’m however satisfied with the first movie, that one was enough for me. Like you said, was this one pretty dark, very interesting for a children’s movie.
Yeah, I heard that Disney and Pixar were (eventually) going to make another Cars movie, but I didn’t expect it to be so soon.
I had heard something about that but I was so surprised when I saw this!
