Fantastic Four: First Steps Official Final Trailer
I herald his beginning; I herald your end….as Marvel Studios releases the official final trailer for their upcoming superhero film Fantastic Four: First Steps. View trailer below.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world. [The film follows] Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.
Oh, a new trailer for the movie. I wasn’t expecting it, especially since the movie is coming out in roughly a month, but I do welcome it. This new preview showcases plenty of new footage from the upcoming film, with more character spotlight on some of the main heroes as well as a few more shots of the Silver Surfer and Galactus. I still have a little bit of doubts about this movie, but, as time inches closer towards its release, those doubts are becoming smaller. Overall, I am quite intrigued and excited to what this iteration of the Fantastic Four will play out in this movie and how these characters will fit into the grand scheme of the MCU superhero team up films in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. Only time will tell….

Fantastic Four: First Steps arrives in theaters on July 25th, 2025

They haven’t had any luck with the FF yet on screen. And I’m not sure why. The trailers leave me very sceptical that they’re going to change their losing streak. Galactus just isn’t that interesting a villain. Silver Surfer doesn’t have a lot of character either. Pascal’s an odd choice for Mr. Fantastic and the Thing’s voice seems all wrong. But we’ll see.
Haha…I get what you are saying. There are plenty of skepticism about this movie, especially since it the characters are going to be in Avengers: Doomsday. I’m hoping for the best though, I still have some doubts.
