Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga’s most unlikely heroes.
Wow….i do like all this footage. Looks very exciting. Although, I have to say that i have mixed feelings about seeing this movie. Not so much about this trailer, but mainly with the idea of the film. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was the first feature film spin-off and was really good in telling a solid adventure, which had new characters and felt like a prelude to Episode IV: A New Hope. Solo: A Star Wars Story, on the other hand, seem a bit desirable (at least for me anyways). I kind of want to see a Star Wars spinoff take place away from the episode feature films, but still take place within the same SW universe (if you know what i mean). That all being said, I am interested in seeing this movie to see how it all comes together, especially with the firing of the movie’s original directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller (over creative differences) and the hiring of director Ron Howard to replace them. That alone is something worth seeing how the film comes together. Still, taking the good and the bad, Solo: A Star Wars Story is a film that I am quite interested in seeing. Let’s hope its a good “solo” adventure.
