Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, “Avatar: The Way of Water” begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.
I was wondering when the official trailer for this movie was going to drop. Man, it looks incredible. The effects look terrific and there is a lot to offer from the preview, which showcases plenty of new footage from the upcoming sequel. The preview looks like to have a pretty big conflict for the heroes to face off against, with the narrative is still kept under wraps, which is kind of a good thing. All in all, I’m very excited to see what The Way of Water has to offer!

Yes, same here. It’s been a while since the first one. Hope that the new movie can live up to the hype and the highly anticipated expectations.
Me too! Though I’m kind of going in with somewhat low expectations for the plot and such, assuming it will be typical three acts and the good guys win. What I’m ready for is to be immersed back into Pandora. The first excelled, at least to me, of making it feel like it was a real planet I could visit. Stargate did that too. Not many others have been so successful at it.
Haha…well…the good thing about going into a movie with low expectations is what you expect should be mostly met and everything above that is just icing on the cake. Yeah, I figure the story might be a bit on the simple inside (much like the first one), but let’s hope for the best. But yes…I’m excited to fully explore more of Pandora once again!
