Greyhound Official Trailer

The only thing more dangerous than the front lines was the fight to get there as Sony / Columbia Pictures released the official trailer for the upcoming war thriller Greyhound. View trailer below.

In the early days of WWII, an international convoy of 37 Allied ships, led by captain Ernest Krause (Tom Hanks) in his first command of a U.S. destroyer, crosses the treacherous North Atlantic while hotly pursued by wolf packs of Nazi U-boats.

Every year, Hollywood releases a military action feature, with some being good and others being just mediocre. Greyhound judging from the trailer alone, looks to be leaning more towards the former than the latter….and that’s a good thing. In this trailer, there looks to be plenty of suspenseful action and thrills for a WWII naval feature, which looks well-put together and of a quality made. Plus, with Hanks in the lead role, the movie seems to be in good hands. Thus, Greyhound looks promising and I can’t wait to see it.

Greyhound  arrives in theaters on June 12th, 2020

  • They shut down most of downtown where I live to film this, even closed the boat/museum. Hope this is worth all the traffic headache they caused hahaha

Seriously, though, I prefer aviation movies, but this looks like it’ll be worth a watch. Surprised that it’s coming out in the summer, though
