5 years after the events of the first film, the heroes from the first film face a new threat: Lego Duplo invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild. The battle to defeat them and restore harmony to the Lego universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman and their friends to faraway, unexplored and musical worlds. Along the way they meet Sweet Harmony, a mini doll with devious plans.
Of course, I have to say that I was a huge fan (and still am) of The LEGO Movie. It was totally hilarious and entertaining from start to finish. Much like a lot of people, I was looking forward to the sequel of the feature, which was quite some time ago since the first movie got released. What I’m talking about the two spin-off LEGO movies (i.e. The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Ninjago Movie) that were released before this sequel to The LEGO Movie. This first teaser trailer of the movie looks great, with a lot of original voice talents returning for the sequel and definitely has the same type of goofy humor that I love. Definitely can’t wait to see the movie when it debuts next year….
