Ghostbusters makes its long-awaited return, rebooted with a cast of hilarious new characters. Thirty years after the beloved original franchise took the world by storm, director Paul Feig brings his fresh take to the supernatural comedy, joined by some of the funniest actors working today – Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth. This summer, they’re here to save the world!
Well, the trailer was interesting. I mean I liked the original Ghostbusters and all and this reboot looks pretty funny (reteaming Feig, McCarthy, and Wiig) and even has updated visuals effects. However, did we really need reboot Ghostbusters movie. The original was good enough. I’ll definitely see the movie in theaters, but whether its a good idea to reboot this franchise (even with all female leads) or a shameless cash grab from Hollywood is it up in the air. I don’t know….I liked the trailer, but I’m a little skeptical.
